My name is Paulette and I’m the Good Health Coach
If you're struggling to live a sober life and want to get rid of alcohol for good, you've come to the right coach.

After struggling with drinking for most of my adult life, I am now sober and have been completely alcohol free for 9 years.

No one believed I would ever get and stay sober because I was a chronic relapser. At times it seemed hopeless but I never gave up on giving up and finally, with a lot of help, I made it.

I've learnt a lot about what worked and what didn't in my sobriety journey. I've also discovered how mental health issues – especially ADHD – hold hands with addiction.
Most importantly, I learnt about that support from someone who's experienced the struggle is crucial. Sober coaching is a fantastic tool in the armoury you need to get and stay sober. No one gets the battle with alcohol like someone who's trodden the road before you.

Paulette’s personal experiences of drinking were so much like mine – I really related to her story and trusted her to guide me on the path to facing up to my problem and working relentlessly on practical solutions. I couldn't have started these changes on my own. Coaching was a real help.
