My name is Paulette and I’m the Good Health Coach
If you're struggling to live a healthy life and want to get into recovery, you've come to the right coach.

After struggling with drinking for most of my adult life, I have now been in recovery for 10 years.

No one believed I would do it because I was a chronic relapser. At times it seemed hopeless but I never gave up on giving up and finally, with a lot of help, I made it.

I've learnt a lot about what worked and what didn't in my recovery journey. I've also discovered how mental health challenges – especially ADHD – hold hands with drinking.
Most importantly, I learnt about that support from someone who's experienced the struggle is crucial. Coaching is a fantastic tool in the armoury you need to make lasting change. No one gets it like someone who's trodden the road before you.
